Verbiage for Online Rent Payment Systems
I'm considering using an online rent payment system for collection of rents. For anyone out there using such systems, what do you put in your lease agreements to make such usage mandatory? (Or do you simply make it an option? I'd prefer to make it a requirement, if at all possible...). Thanks.
