SmartMove - Window left inactive for too long

Hi BP,

Today, I have initiated 2 applications on SmartMove for a couple. The husband completed the application without any issue. The wife had left the window inactive halfway through the process and she could not log back in.

Has anyone had this problem before?

All answers are very much appreciated.
