Now that our government has graciously decided we're allowed to be free (with major restrictions) it seems my business is on fire!

I manage 350-ish rentals and typically have a list of 15-20 residential rentals advertised as available in the next 45 days. Today, my list consists of five residential units and they're all upper-priced houses. I listed a 1bed/1bath guest cabin for $850 yesterday and three people were clamoring to be first. I rented it above asking price (which was already a little high) in less than 24 hours.

Sales are on fire, as well. I listed two homes for around $350,000 last Friday and they're both under contract as of today. My wife listed a house on Friday and had it under contract - for above asking price - on Monday.

Is anyone else experiencing this in their market? I usually see strong sales but weak rentals, or strong rentals but weak sales. Seeing both this strong is different, but I like it!
