First time poster here. I'm looking for someone  interested in sharing their knowledge with a young (but motivated) investor. I'm specifically interested in someone familiar with the rental landscape in northern New Jersey. I am aware that it's an incredibly HCOL area, and that the taxes are ... high, to put it nicely. Just interested in having a conversation!
