Tenant wants to get rid of the other tenant

I have been contacted by one of my tenants who actually pays the rent to me and wants to get rid of the other tenant that lives in the place. In the old lease where both of them signed has expired and the new lease has only the main tenants info that pays the rent. The other tenant that lives there has changed his residency to there. Am i able to kick this person  out or what is the procedure or can i just change the locks?

In Ohio, you or the other tenant should try to get him to move on his own or you'd have to go through the eviction process to keep it legal. I try to get the warring tenants to work it out without me whenever possible. If the roommate fails to get him out, unless you are dealing with someone pretty disordered, you can probably 'convince' him that moving is his best alternative-- it is **really** damaging to have an eviction filing on your record.
