30 day notice letter?

Hi , just recently closed on a duplex yesterday on a fha loan . I would need to move into a unit by the start of July. I’m trying to find a sample letter of a 30 day notice , so I will be able to give to the tenants. Where would I have luck finding one , I can go off by to cover me Incase something happens .
