Born and raised in So. Calif. Own apartments there. Relocated to Alabama coast 20 years ago. I'm buying a 17 unit building in Mobile County,Al. I know a resident manager is required for 16+ units in California. I've searched and can't find any similar requirements for Alabama. Does anyone know?
