Cost to add a bathroom in San Jose?

I am considering converting a family room to a bedroom and adding a bathroom to it. This would involve framing a wall to close off the room and framing a wall for the bathroom. I would want medium end finishes as this will be for rental purposes in my house hack. 

Does anyone have an idea what this would cost? Also any recommendations on a good contractor?
