Commercial Property Survey

Recently, I received Commercial Property Survey “Property inventory information” from the Assessment Equity Improvement Project 2022 and Real Estate Appraisers and consultant. where my six-unit is located? 

The survey is asking for apartment information, monthly rent/expenses, what utilities are included in the rent. 
Does that mean my taxes will go up?
Has anyone encountered this type of request?
