House Hacking for my first property and added a guest house.

Hi everyone! I am am a new real estate investor. I just bought my first home last year and added a studio on the property that was finished this week! I am living in the studio and have rented all the rooms out in the main house. I need to put together a lease agreement that the tenants can sign and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an easy to use software to draft up a lease agreement? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
