My previous insurance (Arcana Insurance) company is shutting down. 

Were getting around $55/month rates for $80K-100K (assessesed value) properties. 

Any insurance companies with comparable prices out there ?

It depends on where you are, I can get $500 ish per year on a property in CA valued at several times that.  Insurance rates vary widely by region.
