Ready to close on my first investment rental property!

Hi All! I’m expecting to close on my first rental property next week. The property will need some rehab which is expected to take about a month. I am hoping to get the property rented out shortly after the rehab is complete.

Up until the closing and during the rehab of the property, what are some things I should make sure to handle? Any and all suggestions welcome, thanks!
