Better write your members of the House. Their new bill has a 12 MONTH moratorium on evictions Page 962. The rental business as we know it will be ruined.

These bills keep coming and every time we say to ourselves that it wont pass.  But every month the GOP hold on the senate looks more and more shaky.  If GOP loses the senate and presidency then these bills will pass immediately.  Not to turn this political but i think its time to start recognizing that there is a real chance of this becoming reality and its only a few months away.  Write your representatives and vote or this is going to become reality.
