Minor step cracking... should I be worried?

Hi everyone,

I'm buying a house and I noticed after inspection it had minor step cracking on some sides of the house. I noticed they were very small/narrow but wanted to make sure they're not a problem. For reference the property is around 30 years old and located in the GTA, Ontario, Canada(an idea of build quality).

Advice would be great because a structural engineer would come out to be very pricey especially if it wasnt needed.

also the concrete at the bottom is completley untouched and no interior damage.
