How do I get mail sent to property management instead of my home?

I have a property under an LLC in Kansas.

The registered agent/lawyer I used is in Kansas however my home is out of state and I believe that my home address was also used when registering the LLC.

I am getting mail - namely any violations from the city -  and also property tax notices sent to my home address.

I would like for any and all mail regarding the property to be sent to the property management company in Kansas that I use instead of my home address.

Is this a normal thing to do? Putting the managements address as "my address" under the LLC? And would there be any risks for doing so?

I travel often and am worried in case of small violations (appliances left outside, grass not mowed by tenants etc) that I won’t be able to notify management quickly enough to fix the issue.

The violations would be sent out by the city/county. Communicate with them as it seems that they're the ones you need to change the address with. Do you want your tax bills, etc to go to the management company too?
