Chicago Loop Attached Property (Condo & Townhouse) Rental Statistics 01/01/2020~04/30/2020

A few observations:

Number of rented properties in the first four months of 2020 is lower than that in previous years (approx. 16% decrease from 2019), very likely due to the impact of pandemic. Market time does not show a significant increase compared to previous years. Rented price (both average price and median price) does not show a significant decrease as well. The pandemic outbreak seems not impacting the rental market in the Chicago Loop area very much.
