Please excuse me if I am doing this wrong. This is my first post and I am a bit hesitant about REI

I recently moved and because it was short notice I got an apartment so I would like to take my time now to soak up the information to become a landlord/tenants (🥴). I would like to get a Plex (Du-, Tri, or quad-) and live in one of the units

I am not sure how to search for what I am looking for and it’s a bit frustrating.

Please forgive me, I am willing to learn from the group expertises

I have at least 6 months and will use it learning from the forums any and all advice/concern will be reviewed... thanks in advance 😊
