Help: Buying Rental Property

Hi, My name is Abe.

 This is my second rental property, the neighborhood is nice and its the same township my first property is. The list price of the house is relatively low for the neighborhood, its been on Zillow for 150 days. A significant amount of work needs to be done to the property.

 Is it worth it for me to invest into it and do all the work, I don't know the total cost of the work and because its been on Zillow for so long and other investors shied away from the property make me nervous?
