I have 5 SFR's in Desert Hot Springs. I have been with the same property management company for over 20 years. But I think it is time to move on to a more up to the times PM company. Any one have any suggestions for a PM in the area??

@Tom Price i couldnt agree more with @Nathan Gesner. I operate a management firm in Pittsburgh and we get new owners calling and asking questions about our services on a weekly basis. The question we get the most is how much do you charge. Thats an important question but not the one that is going to determine if you hire them or not. I could go on and on about what to ask and why its important but Nathan really hits some of the fine points you should focus on. If you can I would visit the office and also interview some of the people who would be working for you. If the office is a mess and disorganized then that is a reflection of how they manage their portfolio. Best of luck to you
