Short term rental owners near Disney, what are you doing now?

Hi Bigger Pockets Community -

I'm curious to hear any feedback from those of you who own short term rentals near Disney parks, and how you are pivoting while the parks are closed. Unclear when the parks will open and presently no one is booking. Hesitant to put a 1 year lease in the property as that would cut cash flow significantly if the parks reopen. Thoughts? Looking to market to someone needing a fully furnished place for a month or two. Possibly while work is being done on their residence? Any suggestions on how to market to that niche?
