County Assesment increasing property value

Does anyone have any experience challenging a county assessment of property value? The Wichita Falls county assessment is attempting to raise my property value fby $10k for the second year in a row. I didn’t object it the first year but this year they are proposing to go from 116k value to 127k value. This will wipe out my cash flow, and I will be breaking even at this point. I have objected their assessment and they lowered the offer to 126k. I have comps that show my property is around 115-120k. Anyone have any advise. Thanks In advance.

According to the Witchita County tax calculator, your current taxes are $2,998. Increasing the tax-assessed value to $127,000 puts property taxes at $3,283. That's a difference of $285 per year or $23.75 per month.

Is your "cash flow" just $24 a month?
