Insurance agent in Az. for rental property ?

Hello,
Just checking if anyone knows of agent in Az. to get a quote on a rental property.
I've only had it a year, with no claims, and it appears to have gone up $150 or so.

Property is a 4 plex, approx. 2700 sq ft., all 2 bd 1 ba, in Apache Junction 85119...

Quote now is $1700 a year, with a $1K deductable.
Anyone know if this is way out of line ?
