Bank in SC to re finance a rental property

Our LLC bought a property that needs some work. We are going to use Private money to buy and fix and the plan is to keep it as a rental. We think that it shouldn't take more than 2 months to do all the work. Could we immediately refinance it or how long do we have to wait before we can refinance?
