Stripe just fired me?!?!?! (TenantCloud)

Did anyone else just get kicked off of Stripe from Tenant Cloud? They said I either "pose an elevated financial risk or violate their own policies" but they are "unable to provide any further details"

I'm just a dude with some properties that I rent out. That's exactly what tenant cloud is for.

So.... I just spent 2 months switching everything to tenant cloud and now they tell me my tenants cant pay with a debit card???? How is this possible?

Anyone else get this email?

@Luke Carl!

Donna from TC Customer Support here. We have received your support ticket and has contacted Stripe regarding the issue mentioned above.
Stripe representative has replied that the email you have received is in relation to a Stripe account you have set up. TenantCloud allows the users to link own Stripe accounts to be able to accept the credit card payments. When you have signed up with Stripe you accepted their terms and they have contacted you about the emerged issue. TenantCloud has no relation to that issue. Stripe representative suggested that you need to reply directly back to that email you received from Stripe for more further clarification on this matter. They will be able to assist you with your Stripe account.

Hope this helps.
