Appfolio use for Property Management & Accounting
Hi there,
Anyone here using Appfolio for both property management and FULL accounting?
We're a small property mng company (managing close to 100 rental properties) and dealing with the houses through Remodel/Renovations/Rent/Maintenance cycle on properties and we're having a hard time Appfolio for our accounting needs.
We're set up as two companies - 1. Property Management 2. Renovations , both companies work closely but have different chart of accounts as well as different bank accounts.
It seems that Appfolio doesn't know how to deal with the complexity.
Anyone with this type of experience? We're thinking of leaving the property mng part in appfolio, and going with Quickbooks online for all the rest of the accounting. Would LOVE to hear your thoughts.
Thanks in advance, Racheli
