Is it too late to refinance and hold?

Original plan was to buy fix and flip (single family home)

Im at the end of my flip, This is my 2nd flip and it took way too long and im not projected to make a dime on it but I payed for the experience.

How would I refinance and keep it to rent out? Is that a good idea?

Would the process to even do that take too long? Is it worth it? Is it a good idea during this COVID 19 ? Are renters not paying rent right now?

Please and thanks
