Rental Property: Good problem

I’ve listed my rental on Zillow and received a lot of interest however the property is still undergoing renovations. It won’t be ready for move in for another 2-3 weeks. What should I be doing with all the people who are interested?

I don't show property until the rehab is complete. People as a rule have no imagination and can't "see" what the property will look like. Plus, most people want a place NOW. You my be wasting prospects and your time. You need to sell them when they are hot and you can't do that with a property under rehab as a rule.
