Interesting read that may affect many of us small to mid size landlords/property managers. RealPage makes PropertyWare, which many larger PMs and associations use, while it appears they will continue to position Buildium for small to midsize PMs. Hopefully they will be able to leverage the resources of RealPage to increase the feature-set and frequency of updates to Buildium without jacking up the prices even further.
