Investing in Pflugerville and Round Rock, TX

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new investor from NY looking to buy my first property with 2 other partners. One of my partners lives in Pflugerville which we identified as potentially a good area to invest in as well as Round Rock. We're looking for a Sfh to buy and hold for ~$200k.

I would love to connect with other investors who have experience investing in the area and am looking for an Agent if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!
