LLC owned property licensing requirements

In the state of CT, is it required for an LLC owned property to obtain a Real Estate/ or Required licensing to rent out units? (Other than Certificate of occupancy, of course) Some websites are stating someone in the LLC may need to have a Real Estate License... but i think they just want me to pay for there services lol.
