New Landlord In Connecticut
Hi Team,
My Cousin has recently acquired a home and is looking to have roommates. I am not familiar with Connecticut laws. Can anyone give insight into steps she needs to take to be having roommates legally.
Any suggestions would greatly help! I would also like to protect her and the tenants with a lease for her tenants to sign.
Looking forward to talking soon!
