Advice for charging rentals at colleges during Covid-19

We recently purchased our very first rentals!! 2 rentals on a college campus in Eastern PA near the NJ/NY border. Since campuses are working virtually right now, how are others charging rent at colleges during this time? I'm trying to be thoughtful about it and the affects the virus has had on families, but knowing our first mortgage payments will be due the 1st of May. Any advice for newbies would be appreciated! Thank you!
