Selling multi-family FSBO in Rochester?

Kat Hem
Posted

Hi - I bought a 4-unit in Rochester 2 years ago that had just been renovated after a fire.  The city doubled my taxes and now I am losing money on it even at full capacity.  I need to sell now/this summer, but I don't want to take another loss from the purchase price so I wanted to see if anyone had sold a multi-house themselves in upstate NY?  I sold a single family in Oregon a few years ago through Savvy Lane and it worked great - I paid $250 and saved over $5K in commission.  I know lawyers are involved in NY where the west coast they are not, but has anyone done this or know of an agent/company who can help me out?

 Thank you.
