How Important Are May Rents?

There is so much fear and panic right now. And I see a lot investors posting about their concern for rent collections in May.

I'm curious about everyone's thoughts here.

Yes, things are bad right now. But most health experts agree that things will be MUCH better 12 months from now.

That means the economy will start to come back.

People will go back to work.

Eviction moratoriums will be lifted.

So many people are worried about what rent collections will look like next month.

But I think a better question is, "What will your rent collections look like in May 2021?"

Because there are going to be A LOT of opportunities soon.

People will start to sell out of frustration, fear, and bad management. As real estate entrepreneurs, it's our job to seek out problems and create profitable solutions.

So yes, it's an uncertain time. But would you agree we have many tools at our disposal to weather the storm?

Would you agree that now is the time to prepare for opportunities and set ourselves up for success over the next 1-2 years?
