Non responsive tenant

Looking for advice!

I have a tenant that said a month ago that they want to move out maybe at the end of April, but wouldn’t give a firm answer. When I pressed for a firm date, the conversation turned negative. Long story short, the relationship was damaged and I think it would be best for them to move as soon as possible. (There are other factors in play as well)

It’s April 10th and no rent has been received. I can’t get ahold of the tenant. Left several messages/texts. With the Covid-19 and eviction restrictions, I’m not sure what to do next. Any help appreciated!
