Does anyone know if the lessee and the lessor both have to be present during the signing of a new lease? I wanted to send an original/copy already signed by the lessor (me) and include a self addressed envelope and stamp and have the lessee sign and mail back. I'm not sure if this is legal in the state of Indiana.
