Looking at a 2 bd 1 ba to buy then rent. What's been your experience with renting 2 bd homes? My thought is, 3 bd is best for rental and resale.   Thank you

I had no trouble renting 2 bedroom homes but the 3-2-2 is the most popular and easiest to rent. If the deal is good enough, go ahead with the 2-1. Run your sales and rental comps to verify equity capture and cash flow. If it works, do it.
