No water for tenets ?

Our rental property well has run dry or close to it. Our well guy said it should come back within the next week or so because they’ve begun irrigating near by and should fill up again. In the meantime I’m looking for recommendations on what to do with my tenets. The rent is 1k on month but they’re going to pay $650 this month because of the Coronavirus and they’re not working. Any suggestions or recommendations? I greatly appreciate it!
