Hello, BP community! With inexperience, comes questions. First off, I'm glad to recently become apart of this community. I look foward to recieving advise from all. My question is: should I start with an investment property that has few units to learn the ropes, or should I go in full force and purchase a large multifamily property. Finances are available to me through family so financing isn't necessarily a factor. I'm looking to hold and rent the units. I would like to start large and go right in, but don't want to get stuck in something where a large amount of debt is left unpaid. What are your opinions for young investor, like myself?

Thanks, Craig
