@Jasraj Singh yes.  Most investors have multiple loans out at any given time.  

You cannot take multiple first mortgages out on the same property. Sounds obvious but I bought a house that previous owner had lied and taken out two first mortgages on the same property, and the second didn't get found until after we bought property.

As long as you continue to have a good debt to income, or asset base backing the loans, lenders will continue to make loans against your properties.
