Are you experiencing a leasing drop off?

Just curious what others out there are feeling as we approach April. We have had some tenants reach out to us about employment disruptions and the like, but we have had pretty much no slow down in new rental applications. Is that what everyone else is experiencing or is it different elsewhere?
