Need help creating a lease

Hello, I just bought a 5 bedroom house earlier this month. I am planning on house hacking and I need to create a lease or find one for my future tenants and was wondering if anyone has a template I can use/edit or how I can go about creating one. This is my first property and I have never been a landlord so I am looking for advice/tips.

Go to the top of your screen and click on TOOLS then LEASE AGREEMENT PACKAGES. Well worth the money rather than trying to develop something yourself. 

You also need to know state laws. I highly recommend Every Landlord's Legal Guide by NOLO. Full of practical advice on all aspects of managing and it includes current laws for every state except California. There is a specific version for California because they are so heavily regulated.
