Property Management Help during COVID-19
Hi everyone I'm looking for a little help, heres the situation.
Shortly before everything with COVID started going crazy I notified my property management company that I was terminating my agreement with them for countless issues after my tenant's lease expired at the end of the month (I already had a fully vetted second company in place to take over). The current management company advised they would send over the termination paperwork that I am required to sign a week ago and I have yet to receive anything back. I have reached out multiple times and get a ringing phone, no returns on emails, and no response on my owners portal (the company's suggested way to make contact during the COVID shut down). I am out of state and have no way of knowing if the tenants will be leaving or if their move is held up and no contact information for the tenants directly. Any suggestions on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Shawn
