Personal information released to a stranger
I sent an applicant an application to complete; however, I noticed that I sent a completed application with another potential tenants information on it. I know I have to notify the applicant and talk to my lawyer. I wanted to know if anyone else has made this mistake before and how did you handle it.
Sincerely,
