Rental payment history

Hey BP,

I am a landlord and literally just filled my property before Corona hit. The tenant asked me to find a system where I can report his payment history so he can build his credit. What systems are out there for that? I was going to use turbo tenant for direct deposit but they dont report to the credit bureaus. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!

I believe Cozy reports to Experian. I don't personally use Cozy but I have heard from fellow investors that they are happy with it.
