Recommendations-Property Manager Eastern PA area
Hi,
I have two unique opportunities: 1- to purchase a portfolio in northeastern PA and 2- to purchase a promising property in Allentown. The distance between the two areas is a little less than two hours. Would one property management company cover a distance that large or would I most likely need to deal with two because they specialize in specific areas? The portfolio is in a rural area. I figured I'd have better luck researching property managers in Allentown and finding one that handles eastern PA. This would be my first purchase where I'd need a property management company.
Thanks in advance. Stay healthy.
