Notice to end lease new york
Hello BP,
I currently have a tenant on a M2M lease. The lease itself is a 1 year term, so we don’t have to sign a new lease each month.
currently the tenant is consistently late on rent, they do end up paying but not able to cover the late fee. I would like to end the lease but outside of the lateness there is no other reason to do so.
Do I need a reason to end the lease?
