New home, Small yard

I am in the process of putting an offer in on a home built in 2006 that I plan to eventually rent out. Its a nicer property but has little to no yard. I have been very successful in obtaining renter's on job rotations for 5-7 years and can easily afford my properties. I was hoping to continue that approach because there is little to no competition for other rental properties here however I am concerned about the yard. I expect most people to say that renters don't like yards or maintaining them, but I this yard is so small that I am afraid it might be a deterrent. The neighborhood comprises of properties very similar to this one, but every other neighborhood surrounding has much larger yards.

Although I know one must understand the area as well as see the yard to make a judgement, I was hoping to get some input on your take.

My question is this:
1) Do you think as a rental property, I should be concerned with having too small of a yard? Keep in mind I am renting to white collar renters
2) Do you think this might have a negative impact on the resale value? It could be a very good elderly couple home

Thanks for the input
