Mobile home question

Posted

This is a terrible first question but here goes. My mom lives in California, is 62, and in very poor health. She just had a stroke and cannot care for herself or finances (she has zero income as it is). She ownes a mobile home and rents a spot. The house is in very very bad condition. Garbage, mold, cat crap and urine everywhere.i couldn’t believe what I was seeing.  What do I do with this mess? Pay to have it destroyed or can I leave it to the MHP? I’m taking her to Oregon to live with us Because she has no one near her. Asking cause it seems there are experts here in MHP. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
