Inspection by city council
Anyone with experience in dealing with the Elkhart City? My property manager said to me that my house in Elkhart cannot be rented out until the Elkhart City has completed their inspection of the 'inside'. I have recently replaced the roof and am waiting for a final inspection to confirm that the roof comply. But I couldn't find anything that says that they must also give compliance on the interior of the house to identify any repairs required before it can be rented out?
